A Southern Affair

This bride originally wanted to incorporate pears into her invitation suite using colors of espresso and green.  However, when the maid of honor and her four year old flower girl tried on this adorable dress in guava, we simply eliminated the pears from the invitation and used a beautiful ribbon that tied all the colors together and kept a touch of green the bride originally wanted.  The end result was simply breathtaking.  The outdoor wedding will be at an old farm in south Georgia, complete with candlelit mason jars hanging from 100 year oaks and homemade pear preserves that the bride and groom will give as favors to their guest.  Oh, the beauty and simplicity in all things Southern!

What? Our baby is 18???

Oh my!  Could it really be?  Please indulge this mom’s great sadness/happiness in publishing our Jake’s 18th Birthday morning!  The cakes are his favorite books growing up that we read over and over and over.. oh well you get the point.  Sheep In A Jeep, The Giving Tree, Green Eggs and Ham and Happy Birthday Moon. Happy Birthday Jake!!!

Princess For The Day

This grown up Princess Invitation was designed for a group of ladies in Atlanta for the Atlanta Civic Center’s presentation of Diana:A Celebration followed by Afternoon Tea at the Four Seasons Atlanta. The invitation came with its own tiara, pink diamond ring and OPI nail polish…shouldn’t we all be treated so good?
